So, last night was the Super Bowl. My biggest peeve with it is that it's always the quarterback to be the mvp. Ok, I know that's not really true, but it seems like it. I am sure that Tom Brady would have got it if they would have won, even though Wes Wexler was THE player on that team. But, seriously, look at Eli. He did the best I've ever seen him do, but that game was won because of their defense. If you aren't going to give the defense the mvp, then what about David Tyree? Did you see that catch in the 4th quarter? Oh well, in the grand scheme of things, you will never remember in the future who won it anyway.
Another thing, Bill Belichick. People are saying he was a poor sport. I think it was a mix up. Sure, he should have stayed there for the last second. He went out there to shake hands and was sent back. I'm guessing he was just frustrated and felt like he had to leave at that point.
So, it was a good game. I honestly didn't care who won, but I was cheering for NY just because I tend towards the underdog when neither team is a favorite.
